Fresh cream longdoughnuts
Ingredients
4cups flour2 eggs
1 cup sugar
Yeast
1 tbs vanilla essence
250g butter /margarine
WarmWater/Milk (enough to make soft dough )
Pinch of salt
Method
Mix all dry ingredients then add butter and mix into fine crumbs.Add your eggs and mix them in untile you can't see it then add the rest of your ingredients, knead for about 10 minutes to form a soft dough. Let it rise to double it size then punch down and shape them then let them rise again. Deep fry in hot oil but not to hot as it will burn on the outside but still be raw inside. Remove it from heat once it cools down cut them in the center then fill it with fresh cream .ENJOY cream
